Here is one of my favorite paintings of Swami Sivananda. This great Master lived from 1887-1963 and was one of those great ones who started the renaissance of Yoga and Meditation in the 19th and 20th Century. He founded the Divine Life Society and the Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh/Himalaya. He lived at the banks of the Ganga. This painting of Swami Sivananda comes from Yoga Vidya Center Frankfurt .
